Rajacenna is the leading quadridextrous and ambidextrous realistic drawing artist in the world situated in the Netherlands.
In addition to original artwork, Rajacenna.com / Rajacenna.nl may offer fashion, apparel, baby clothing, accessories and other products featuring original artwork and designs by Rajacenna.
Order
Ordering details are visible under the products on their product pages. Terms of delivery are mentioned under every product. Name, email and delivery details can be filled in on the form underneath. After clicking the ‘buy’-button you will be directed to the checkout page.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process and may vary depending on the customer’s country or location.
Payments for the Netherlands may include iDEAL.
International payment methods may include SEPA and other available payment methods shown at checkout.
SEPA Area
SEPA consists of participating European countries and territories and includes payment schemes for credit transfers, instant credit transfers, direct debits and business-to-business direct debits.
Order information

Please make sure that the email address and delivery information provided with your order are correct.
Delivery
Rajacenna.com / Rajacenna.nl reserves the right to cancel an order if payment has not been successfully completed.
The delivery process will initiate after Rajacenna.com / Rajacenna.nl has received payment.
For original artwork, processing and delivery time after received payment is approximately 14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Fashion, apparel, baby clothing, accessories and other shop products may be individually produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery times for these products may therefore vary. Where applicable, estimated delivery information will be provided with the product or during the ordering process.
Please note that estimated delivery times may consist of both production time and shipping time.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Rajacenna art and products! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a positive experience. This policy outlines our return and refund conditions for purchases made through our website.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU and Dutch consumer law.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within 14 days after receiving your order by contacting us at:

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

The direct costs of returning a product under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us.
Products should be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect a product as you would normally be able to do in a physical shop. If a product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn purchase, including the standard cost of delivery to you where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the additional delivery costs do not have to be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are unique and irreplaceable and should therefore be handled and returned with particular care.
The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies where required by applicable consumer law.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to artwork that has been specifically commissioned, created or modified according to the customer’s individual specifications or is otherwise clearly personalised, where the legal requirements for this exception are met.
If an artwork is specifically commissioned or personalised and is therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, this will be made clear to the customer where required.
Fashion, Apparel, Baby Clothing, Accessories and Other Shop Products
Some products available through Rajacenna.com / Rajacenna.nl, including fashion, apparel, baby clothing, accessories and other merchandise featuring Rajacenna’s artwork and designs, may be individually produced after an order is placed.
The fact that a standard product is produced only after an order is placed does not by itself mean that the product is personalised or excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Personalised or Custom-Made Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made according to the customer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
Where a product is personalised or custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly indicated where required.
Sizes
Please carefully check the available size information or size guide before ordering clothing or baby clothing.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not automatically offer free exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes. Any statutory right of withdrawal you may have remains unaffected. Where applicable, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order for the preferred size.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products
If we accidentally send you the wrong product, or if your artwork or other product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the problem. In case of shipping damage, please also provide photographs of the packaging where possible.
Please do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect product before contacting us.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, including applicable shipping costs where required.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.

Please do not automatically return a product to the sender address or any other address printed on the original shipping package, as this may be the address of a production or fulfilment facility and may not be the correct return address.

Different conditions may apply to standard products and products specifically commissioned or personalised for an individual customer, as described above.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Import fees
For deliveries to countries or territories where import duties, customs fees, taxes or other import charges apply, the customer may be responsible for these charges unless they have already been collected during checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.
The specific import costs vary from country to country, which makes it impractical to establish a standardized amount during the online ordering process.
